Join us at FEIYR as a Customer Success Manager (w/m/d) in the vibrant music industry, supporting artists and helping them succeed on digital platforms.

About Feiyr

Located near Chiemsee, Feiyr offers exciting opportunities for music lovers (w/m/d). Your Role

• Be the primary contact for our artists from Germany and abroad, advising them in German and English.
• Assist with technical questions, song releases, and platform inquiries via feiyr.com.
• Support artists in placing their music on over 300 streaming services and guide them through each step.
• Provide marketing tips related to advertising, PR, blogs, and social media.
• Combine technical support with creative exchanges, being available when artists need you.

• Confident, charming, and competent communication in German and English.
