At No Isolation, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced education professional to help transform how schools support children who are unable to attend due to illness or other long-term challenges. With our telepresence robot AV1, these students can stay connected to both learning and classmates – even when they can’t be there physically.

What will be your mission?
In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to our clients – schools, municipalities, and education authorities – and ensure they get the most out of AV1 and the value we bring through our mission.
Your voice will shape more than just day-to-day interactions. You’ll help define how we communicate, deliver value, and contribute to shaping the future of education for schools and students across Germany.

We’re primarily looking for someone based in Berlin or the eastern part of Germany. We have offices in Munich, London, and Oslo, and remote colleagues across Europe. You’ll report to our Director of Customer Success and work closely with cross-functional teams across all locations.
