Job Description

Within the Customer Success Management department, you will manage managed services around our IoT & SaaS solutions in conjunction with internal teams and customers in the retail sector. Your missions will include:

  • Monitoring compliance with service commitments and the means implemented on service contracts (support, maintenance, fleet management, etc.) in conjunction with stakeholders (support, sales, customer project manager, expert, etc.)
  • Coordinating teams (support, customer project manager, etc.) to ensure quality service and achieve service contract commitments
  • Tracking service contract budgets
  • Defining the content and terms of service implementation through SLAs/OLAs and their evolution as necessary in consultation with stakeholders
  • Leading customer steering committees
  • Ensuring events impacting the service contract throughout its lifecycle are addressed
  • Developing progress plans and associated action plans
  • Proactively proposing changes to the scope of service, quantifying them, and discussing them with the customer in collaboration with the KAM
  • Participating in the implementation and renewal of contracts related to sales and pre-sales to provide indicators and information for strategy

Qualifications

Education:

  • Degree in IT engineering or equivalent, with at least 3-5 years' experience in a Service Delivery Manager role, preferably in an international context

Experience:

  • Knowledge and experience in retail and IoT sectors are advantageous

Skills:

  • Dynamic, mobile, flexible, team-oriented, and able to foster a positive working environment
  • Strong customer relation skills, resilience to pressure and stress, especially relevant in retail
  • German C1-Level is mandatory
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, given the international scope of the role
