We are launching a new, high-impact team to lead our strategic expansion into the rapidly growing spatial biology segment. We seek top sales and applications talent for a remote sales and customer support role. As Customer Success Manager, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for reagents and Spatial Biology workflows, ensuring customer satisfaction and product optimization. You will also drive sales growth through consultative selling, generate quotes, identify new opportunities, and manage customer relationships to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery of consumables.
This position reports to the Market Development Manager and is part of the commercial team in EMEA, working remotely from Germany, preferably in the southern part of the country.
