Your tasks
  • You will advise our customers on how to make the most of our solutions – especially our AI VoiceBot – and support them as their central contact person.

  • You will assume technical responsibility for the AI VoiceBot area.

  • You configure individual VoiceBot solutions, develop effective prompts and ensure smooth operation.

  • You analyze processes, identify automation potential, and develop smart workflows with tools like n8n.

  • You identify customer needs, develop suitable solutions and implement them together with internal teams.

  • You strengthen customer loyalty through strategic impulses and incorporate customer experiences into the further development of our products.

  • You use CRM data, user analytics and customer feedbackto continuously optimize the customer experience.

Your profile
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in consulting activities and are enthusiastic about developing innovative solutions.
  • You are passionate about innovative AI topics and are already an enthusiastic ChatGPT user (m/f/d)
  • Ideally, you have experience with open source tools for automated workflows or have a strong affinity for them.
  • You are a communication genius and know exactly who needs what information and when, and you can convey it precisely.
  • Precise formulation in German is your passion and you love to get to the point in texts.
