Your mission

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) to join our Delivery Team. As a Customer Success Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving our existing customer satisfaction and generating new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities include:

Customer retention and sales support:

  • You build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • You develop and implement retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer satisfaction.
  • You proactively address customer concerns and issues to ensure their success.
  • You manage renewals and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Onboarding and training:

  • You ensure seamless onboarding and are responsible for the rollout of the natif.ai platform.
  • You identify problems at an early stage and push their solution.
  • You provide product training and guidance to empower customers in using our software effectively.

Product improvement:

  • You act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to drive product improvements.
  • You analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • You keep customers informed about product updates and industry trends.

Your profile

Minimum qualifications:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or another technical study program.
  • You have first experience in the supervision of customer projects, ideally in the areas of customer success, consulting, or account management, and ideally in the SaaS industry.
  • You have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • You are self-motivated and proactive with a great willingness to learn.
  • You have exceptional problem-solving abilities, quick comprehension, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • You are fluent in German and English (at least B2-level).

Preferred qualifications:

  • You like to analyze data and extract insights to drive customer success.
  • You have a passion for technology and AI; familiarity with document processing or OCR software is a plus.
