We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) to join our Delivery Team. As a Customer Success Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving our existing customer satisfaction and generating new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities include:
Customer retention and sales support:
You build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
You develop and implement retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer satisfaction.
You proactively address customer concerns and issues to ensure their success.
You manage renewals and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Onboarding and training:
You ensure seamless onboarding and are responsible for the rollout of the natif.ai platform.
You identify problems at an early stage and push their solution.
You provide product training and guidance to empower customers in using our software effectively.
Product improvement:
You act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to drive product improvements.
You analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
You keep customers informed about product updates and industry trends.
Your profile
Minimum qualifications:
You have a bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or another technical study program.
You have first experience in the supervision of customer projects, ideally in the areas of customer success, consulting, or account management, and ideally in the SaaS industry.
You have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
You are self-motivated and proactive with a great willingness to learn.
You have exceptional problem-solving abilities, quick comprehension, and a customer-centric mindset.
You are fluent in German and English (at least B2-level).
Preferred qualifications:
You like to analyze data and extract insights to drive customer success.
You have a passion for technology and AI; familiarity with document processing or OCR software is a plus.
