As a Customer Success Manager at iPoint, you will work closely with our U.S.-based customers. Your Mission
  • Provide business, technical, and product knowledge to support post-sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Help clients maximize their value from iPoint solutions by explaining features and functionalities that contribute to their business growth.
  • Facilitate a good working relationship between customers and support teams to resolve issues and escalations promptly.
  • Develop healthy customer relationships based on trust and transparency.
  • Act as a customer advocate internally, encouraging retention and identifying upselling opportunities.
Your Profile
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role.
  • Ability to understand new software solutions and convey this knowledge to customers.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and goal-oriented.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster positive business relationships.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Experience in Automotive or Electronics industries is advantageous.
