As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers maximize the value of our platform, driving retention, expansion, and long-term success. You’ll work closely with key accounts, helping them achieve measurable sales results while shaping the future of customer success at Building Radar. Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management: Own and nurture a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customers achieve their goals and renew successfully.
Onboarding & Adoption: Guide new customers through a structured onboarding process, ensuring they quickly see value from our platform.
Retention & Expansion: Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Sales to expand customer usage and revenue.
Data-Driven Engagement: Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to proactively address risks and unlock growth opportunities.
Strategic Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance, best practices, and insights to help them succeed.
Issue Resolution & Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer, working with Product and Engineering to enhance the user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to create seamless customer experiences and drive continued success.
Your profile
Experience in Customer Success or Account Management:2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a B2B SaaS, tech, or data-driven environment.
Strong Relationship Builder:Proven ability to engage and influence key stakeholders across various levels of an organization.
Growth-Minded & Proactive:You take ownership of challenges, seek out opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
Data-Driven & Analytical: Comfortable interpreting customer data, identifying trends, and using insights to drive strategic actions.
Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills:Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Self-Starter & Team Player:Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while collaborating effectively across teams.
Willingness to Travel:Open to regular travel (approx. 2 days every 2 weeks) to meet with key customers.
Language Skills: Native or fluent in both German and English
