We’re searching for a Germany-based Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Operations team, so that we can enhance healthcare safety and quality for our customers. The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in building and shaping the Customer Success function in Germany—laying the foundation for scalable growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring customers achieve measurable value from our RLDatix solutions.
