The Customer Success Manager (CSM) role is based in Germany and will be responsible for multiple strategic German customers in EV Battery Test and/or Charging technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with our EV customers and cross-functional Keysight teams during the post-sales phase to ensure customer satisfaction and uptime of the Keysight test systems.

Responsibilities

  1. Manifestation of full strategy/vision
  2. Orchestration of customer lab operation outcomes
  3. Driving effective adoption and expansion of the Keysight solutions
  4. Identification of new commercial opportunities

Qualifications

  • Good command of German language or native speaker
  • Project management experience or background
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks logically and efficiently
  • Flexibility to travel at short notice to address customer requests or escalations
  • Proven track record of working successfully with customers in difficult situations
  • Knowledge of EV business or flexibility to travel to Bochum / visit other EV customers for upskilling during the first 3 months
  • Preferably experience and familiarity with end-to-end support and quality processes
  • Ability to influence and drive resolution with cross-functional teams
