Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Customer Success oder Projektmanagement.
  • Kenntnisse in SaaS-Plattformen und cloud-technologischen Lösungen.
  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.

Aufgaben

  • Leitung des Onboardings neuer Kunden und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Übergangs.
  • Überwachung und Projektmanagement von Hardware-Installationen und Software-Integrationen.

To strengthen our Digital Solutions team at our headquarter in Altshausen, Germany, we are currently looking for a:

Customer Success Manager / Engineer – Digital Solutions (m/f/d) - Full-Time, Permanent –

Your Mission:

  • Customer Onboarding & Implementation: Lead and manage the onboarding process for new STADLERconnect customers, ensuring a smooth transition, rapid time-to-value, and successful initial setup.
  • Project Management: Oversee and project-manage hardware installations and software integrations related to STADLERconnect at customer sites, coordinating effectively with internal technical teams, suppliers, and the end customer.
  • Training & Enablement: Develop, deliver, and maintain comprehensive customer-facing resources, including tutorials, user documentation, best practice guides, and training sessions for the STADLERconnect platform. • Platform & User Management: Assist customers with platform configuration, including managing user access and ensuring optimal setup according to their needs.
  • Customer Support & Problem Solving: Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues related to STADLERconnect and ensuring timely and effective resolution of problems.
  • Feedback & Product Improvement: Proactively gather, consolidate, and champion customer feedback. Act as the voice of the customer by relaying insights, pain points, and enhancement requests to our Product Owners and Development teams to drive continuous improvement of STADLERconnect.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations, fostering trust and becoming a valued partner.
  • Adoption & Value Realization: Drive platform adoption and ongoing value realization for customers, identifying opportunities for them to leverage STADLERconnect more effectively to achieve their business goals.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (e.g., Certifications, specialized training).
  • Proven experience (ideally 2+ years) in a Customer Success, (Key) Account Management, Consulting, or Project Management role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology solutions environment.
  • Experience in the industrial or ideally waste management/recycling sector is a plus.
  • Good understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and data-driven solutions.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to software, hardware integration, IoT, and data analytics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus. o Familiarity with ticketing/support platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • A genuine customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping customers achieve their goals.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple customer engagements and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential. Knowledge of other languages (e.g., Italian or Spanish) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (e.g., for key implementations or relationship building).
