A technology company is seeking a Customer Success Manager to work with clients in the DACH markets. Your responsibility includes ensuring that clients derive value from the product and promoting their experience. The ideal candidate is fluent in German, has experience in B2B SaaS, and possesses excellent communication and time management skills. This is a remote role with an emphasis on continuous learning and personal development.
We are looking for our next Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work with our client base in the DACH markets to ensure that they have the best experience using our product. This is a remote position.
