Backed by top-tier investors (Earlybird, b2venture) and growing faster than a dad joke at a Monday all-hands, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) to turn happy customers into loyal advocates, unlock upsell potential, and make sure our clients get real value as we scale from 30+ people to something much bigger.

What You Will Do

Customer Success & Account Growth

You ensure our clients get the full value from our solution and support them in reaching their goals. Your focus is on driving sustainable revenue growth by expanding and developing existing accounts.

SaaS Customer Support

You're the first point of contact for our customers and support them across all aspects of using Wallet Studio. From onboarding to continuous optimization, you provide proactive support to ensure their success.

Technical Consulting

You're confident working with our SaaS platform and comfortable answering technical questions. You’ll collaborate closely with our project management team, sharing insights and helping customers understand how to implement their requirements using our tools.

Developing & Executing Growth Strategies

You create and implement tailored strategies to maximize the value of our solution across industries. Working with sales, onboarding, and project teams, you identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and take ownership of turning them into closed deals.

Long-Term Relationship Management

You build lasting partnerships by continuously delivering value, driving customer satisfaction, and encouraging long-term platform engagement.

What You Bring

Experience In Fast-Growing Companies

You have a successful track record in growth-stage companies and thrive in dynamic environments where adaptability and speed are key.

SaaS Expertise

You bring solid experience working with SaaS products and have a strong technical understanding, ideally in the field of digital communication or payment platforms.

Hands-On Mentality

You're proactive and not afraid to dive into day-to-day customer interactions and execute solutions yourself.

Proven Experience In Account Growth & Customer Success

You have a demonstrated ability to drive customer retention and account expansion, particularly in a SaaS environment.

Strong Communication Skills

You’re an excellent communicator who can break down complex technical topics into clear, simple messages.

Drive & Self-Motivation

You’re growth-oriented, energetic, and always looking for new ways to drive customer success and business impact.
