Ensure key customers are successfully onboarded, trained, and supported in using our cloud applications
Perform advanced product demos and deep dives into features during the acquisition phase
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations
Understand the unique needs and goals of each customer and develop tailored success plans to achieve their objectives, raising customer satisfaction and retention
Work closely with different departments to continuously improve customer success processes
Collect product feedback and provide insights to product management for product enhancement
Occasionally visit customers on-site and participate in national and international trade shows and conventions
