Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support retailers in implementing and maximising the value of our solution. You will be responsible for onboarding, training, relationship management, and upselling opportunities to drive long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding & Implementation
  • Prepare and collect client data for project launches.
  • Train users and support retailers in adopting the solution (on-site & remotely).
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain proactive engagement with customers, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Help retailers optimise their use of the platform for maximum success.
  • Upselling & Retention
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to drive business growth.
  • Process & Product Improvement
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and tech teams to enhance solutions and workflows.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience in retail or B2B SaaS customer success (client-facing role preferred).

Strong relationship management & communication skills.

Ability to analyse data, interpret key metrics, and present results.

Project management skills – ability to structure tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

Excel proficiency (SQL knowledge is a plus).

Willingness to travel frequently within Germany / Austria / Switzerland.
