Who we are:

gryn is a SaaS platform which helps companies to capture, report and reduce transportation related carbon emissions. Our customers are global leading enterprises, such as Adidas, Puma, Bang & Olufsen, Swarovski, Weleda and many more who require tracking of their carbon emissions along the supply chains for regulatory reporting purposes and to take action to reduce carbon emissions to reach their net zero targets.

As gryn’s Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers gain maximum value from our platform. You’ll build and nurture strong, lasting partnerships across the logistics and supply chain ecosystem, primarily focused on the EMEA region.

We’re looking for someone who excels at fostering customer engagement, has very good data management skills, with a passion for logistics and a genuine commitment to helping businesses achieve both operational and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage customer relationships through onboarding, post-sale, ensuring successful integrations, onboarding, adoption, and long-term satisfaction
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers unlock value through proactive guidance and strategic insights
  • Understand customer goals and KPIs, and develop tailored success plans to drive outcomes aligned with their business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and technical teams to ensure a smooth handover and continuous feedback loop
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and support expansion in collaboration with the sales team
  • Deliver ongoing training, support, and best practices to ensure continued platform engagement
  • Monitor usage data, track health metrics, and proactively address any risk of churn or dissatisfaction
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to help shape product development and company strategy
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and sustainability forums to build relationships and stay informed of market trends

Profile:

  • Prior work experience within the logistics industry / freight forwarding
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
  • Passion to work with data processes
  • Organized, independently and proactive, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Able to build & optimize processes
  • A people person friendly, helpful, and a great communicator
  • Able to explain complex ideas in a simple, clear, customer-friendly way
  • Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and how technology can drive real-world impact
  • Experienced with MS Office programs, especially Excel
  • Speaks fluent German and English on a professional level
