Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using customer success software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
