As an Customer Success Manager (Agency) in Berlin, you will be responsible for onboarding, strategizing, and managing all new enterprise advertisers through Big6 media agencies. Your goal is to provide top-tier customer service to maintain and grow partnerships with a strategic and commercial mindset.

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • Fluent, native, bilingual, or at least professional German language skills
  • 5+ years of experience in client and agency-facing roles within the digital media space
  • Experience in Performance Marketing is a plus
  • Excellent relationship management and customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team to meet quarterly revenue targets

How you’ll make an impact:

As an Advertising Account Manager (Agency), you will:

  • Understand Taboola’s platform capabilities and the value proposition for each advertiser
  • Build rapport, deliver outstanding service, and grow relationships with new agency partners
  • Take a hands-on approach to campaign setups, reporting, and invoicing with agency partners
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies for advertiser success and retention
  • Work results-driven with the Taboola Ad Ops team
  • Clearly understand client objectives to identify opportunities and upsell effectively
  • Monitor and analyze metrics to optimize and improve results proactively
  • Assist agency partners in achieving goals and scaling on our platform, strengthening trust and confidence in Taboola
  • Identify and develop best practices by vertical, KPI, etc.
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
