Jobbeschreibung

Responsibilities:

• Work within a team of experienced sales & customer success experts to build long-term relationships with our customers.
• Work daily with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful operation of robots in the field.
• Prepare & execute onsite trials, demos & deployments including training.
• Be the first point of contact for our customers to understand and enable their vision and support their day-to-day robot operation tasks.
• Provide support onsite at our customers to understand and identify cause of issues.
• Work closely with the technical operations and support team to ensure a successful customer journey.
• Demonstrate ER Software & different robot platforms to customers remotely & onsite.
• Provide technical expertise and support to assist the sales team during customer workshops on- & offline.
• Attend & lead regular customer meetings to keep track of project vision and progress.
• Perform live demos at customer sites and remotely to showcase the capabilities of our product.

YOUR PROFILE

• Technical background (education or professional experience in IT / Science / Engineering).
• Technical knowledge and a strong understanding of current technologies.
• Natural communication and people skills, remotely and in person: you will be interacting with people as much as robots.
• Enjoys engaging with customers and assisting them in navigating complex systems.
• Willingness to learn something new every day, working at the cutting edge of technology.
• Hands-on mentality and creative problem-solving approach.
• First experiences in IT / Industrial / Field Service environments (e.g. internships).
• Personal interest in technology in general and robotics, IT, AI topics in particular.
• Willingness to travel in Germany and abroad regularly.

HELPFUL ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in the robotic industry.
• Experience with ROS, Docker, Grafana.
• Experience with Python.
• German language skills, as well as any other language, are an advantage.
