Your Mission

Customer Champion: Work with sales, business development and marketing to understand the technical requirements of customers, who range from global large companies with 3D printing departments to smaller suppliers offering service manufacturing.

Onboarding Expert: Onboard new customers to the 3DSpark platform, including modeling customers’ materials, machines, and process steps, and helping them achieve high accuracy in automatic cost, price and carbon footprint calculations.

Customer Success Driver: Ensure customer success and retention by providing excellent service and support.

Technical Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer technical issues.

Support Specialist: Handle customer service and support tasks, including creating and responding to support tickets, translating these tickets into bug fixes or feature requests, and forwarding them to the development team.

Training Provider: Develop and conduct training sessions for customers to maximize their understanding and usage of the 3DSpark platform.

Resource Developer: Create and maintain onboarding and support materials, such as FAQs, articles, and video tutorials.

Continuous Improvement: Gather customer feedback and insights and loop this with the software development team to drive continuous improvement of the 3D Spark platform.

What You Bring

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.

Tech Savvy: Solid knowledge of manufacturing technologies, especially 3D printing.

Industry Experience: Experience working in or with manufacturing companies.

Customer Focused: Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well with colleagues from different departments.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Detail-Oriented: Passion for working with numbers and a keen eye for detail.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex customer issues effectively.

Training Expertise: Willingness to develop and deliver training programs or workshops.

Software Understanding: The position requires no programming skills but a basic understanding of software development is preferred.

Languages: Professional proficiency in English and German.
