Leapsome, a Berlin-based AI-powered people platform, is hiring for a GTM Enablement role focused on Customer Success and Account Management. The role emphasizes onboarding, knowledge management, and AI-assisted learning paths to accelerate renewals, expansions, and team impact.
The position is hybrid, based in Berlin, with responsibilities spanning Sales, Product, Marketing, and Ops. You will shape learning programs and coach teams while collaborating across the GTM organization.

Join a high-growth SaaS scale-up and shape how our GTM teams learn, ramp, and perform. As part of the GTM Enablement team, your main focus will be Customer Success and Account Management: the teams responsible for retention and expansion. But enablement at Leapsome is a cross-functional job, so you'll also support Sales and work on initiatives that span the whole GTM org. You'll build enablement the way it should work in 2026, with AI at the core of how knowledge gets created, shared, and put into practice. Please note this opportunity is a 1-year limited contract.

This role is based in Berlin and the salary range for this position is _dependent on the level in which we recruit this role:_
Senior: €50,000 - €80,000 + Bonus + Equity.
Lead: €80,000 - €100,000 + Bonus + Equity.
