Leapsome, a Berlin-based AI-powered people platform, seeks an Enablement specialist to shape GTM learning for Customer Success and Account Management. This is a 1-year limited contract focused on onboarding, AI-assisted learning paths and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, Marketing and Ops.

You’ll build scalable knowledge workflows, coach on client calls, run workshops and drive renewal/expansion enablement.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in enablement, L&D, CS, Sales or a mix; commercial teams performance matters.
• Hands-on generalist: facilitates workshops, joins client calls, learns product inside-out.
• Design learning experiences for the people using them; communicate clearly at all levels.
• Strong end-to-end ownership: scopes, designs, executes and maintains projects.
• Works with AI tools daily; comfortable redesigning workflows and turning insights into training.
• Entrepreneurial, agile mindset; able to adapt when priorities shift.
• Fluent written and verbal English; German is a plus.
• Bonus for HR tech/HR field experience or SaaS CS lifecycle knowledge.

Your Opportunity

Join a high‑growth SaaS scale‑up and shape how our GTM teams learn, ramp and perform. As part of the GTM Enablement team, your main focus will be Customer Success and Account Management – the teams responsible for retention and expansion. Enablement at Leapsome is a cross‑functional job, so you’ll also support Sales and work on initiatives that span the whole GTM organisation. You’ll build enablement the way it should work in 2026, with AI at the core of how knowledge gets created, shared and put into practice.
This is a 1‑year limited contract.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and run enablement initiatives that make our CS Growth and CS Care teams measurably better at driving renewals and expansion.
• Build the structures (and the AI‑assisted workflows behind them) that let the team scale: knowledge management, meeting formats and initiative alignment across the GTM organisation.
• Own onboarding for new CS hires and cut ramp time with structured, AI‑supported learning paths.
• Get deep into the Leapsome product and coach team members on real client calls, from call prep to feedback afterwards.
• Facilitate regular team workshops and trainings, and make sure learnings show up in day‑to‑day customer work.
• Maintain and evolve career development guidelines, skill frameworks and organisational design across all CS levels and functions.
• Own projects that carry the Leapsome culture across GTM teams and locations.
• Manage stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Ops to align on learning priorities, and jump in on Sales enablement where it moves the needle.

Your Profile

• 5+ years in enablement, L&D, CS, Sales or a mix. What matters is that you’ve helped commercial teams get better at their jobs.
• A hands‑on generalist: as comfortable facilitating a workshop as you are joining a client call, learning the product inside out, and coaching someone on how they ran the conversation.
• You design learning experiences around the people using them, and you communicate clearly at every level.
• Strong end‑to‑end ownership: you scope, design, execute and maintain your projects rather than handing them off halfway.
• You work with AI tools daily and enjoy redesigning workflows around them, whether that’s agent‑supported onboarding or turning customer call insights into training content. Comfort with ops and data is part of that.
• An entrepreneurial mindset: impact‑driven, agile and unfazed when priorities shift.
• Fluent written and verbal English. German is a plus.
• Bonus points for HR tech or HR field experience, a solid grasp of the SaaS CS lifecycle, or account management and sales skills of your own.

Compensation

Salary range depends on the level in which we recruit this role:

Senior: €50,000 – €80,000 + Bonus + Equity.
Lead: €80,000 – €100,000 + Bonus + Equity.
