Are you looking for a client-facing job with diverse tasks and responsibilities? Then the role of Customer Success Consultant might be suitable for you.

‘Miles’ is an ERP software for automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management. It offers an end-to-end solution with customizable front-, mid-, and back-office functions tailored to customer needs through configuration.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering solutions to customers. This team handles new implementations of ‘Miles’ up to go-live and hyper-care, after which the support team takes over.

As a Customer Success Consultant, you’ll operate in two capacities:

Support role:

  • Serve as the contact point for customer questions and defect reports.
  • Understand issues fully, analyze them, and assist in implementing solutions.
  • Monitor progress, plan, and communicate ticket status to customers.

Business Consultant role:

  • Gather requirements, conduct functional analysis, and propose solutions.
  • Manage the entire process, including testing the final solution before hand-over.

During daily Scrum meetings, priorities are set for defects and issues. You can also manage your own priorities in daily tasks and scheduling.

Your skills and interests

  • Must be organized and able to manage time effectively.
  • Capable of handling changing priorities and stressful situations.
  • Strong analytical skills for daily problem-solving.
  • Teamwork is essential, collaborating with Developers, Business Consultants, and Project Managers.
  • Confident and independent in handling tickets and change requests when needed.

Additional expectations include:

  • Proficiency in German (at least C1) and English.
  • Several years of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and configuration.
