‘Miles’ is an ERP software for automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management. It offers an end-to-end solution with customizable front-, mid-, and back-office functions tailored to customer needs through configuration.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering solutions to customers. This team handles new implementations of ‘Miles’ up to go-live and hyper-care, after which the support team takes over.
As a Customer Success Consultant, you’ll operate in two capacities:

Business Consultant role:
During daily Scrum meetings, priorities are set for defects and issues. You can also manage your own priorities in daily tasks and scheduling.
