At inne, we have seen firsthand how women’s need for female health education and accurate fertility insights have been underserved. So we made it our obsession to use the best of science, tech, and design to bring actionable scientific insights into female health.

We are an interdisciplinary team and have developed our first innovative biotech product which enables women to analyse fertility hormones in their saliva.

Your mission

As a Customer Success Agent at inne, your mission will be to :

  • Act as the key point of contact for our existing and potential customers, providing expertise and support on customer questions and requests
  • Create delightful experiences and develop lasting relationships with customers via phone or video calls, emails, live chats, and text messages
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve our customer support processes and to better understand our customers' needs
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of our products, as well as curiosity and awareness of new initiatives within the company
About you

You definitely have / are :

  • At least one year of experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g. customer support, sales, etc.)
  • Effective communication and active listening skills
  • Friendliness, warm empathy and professionalism
  • Continuous improvement and problem-solving mentality
  • Very structured, detail-oriented and self-organised
  • Interested in understanding new technologies in-depth and can take complex subjects and make them easy to understand for a regular audience
  • Eager to collaborate in a cross-functional, fast-paced and international team
  • A positive work spirit and desire to have fun while learning
  • Native German-speaking skills
  • Fluent English-speaking skills

It\'d be nice if you also have :

  • Experience using Zendesk or a similar ticketing system
  • Passion for female and menstrual health subjects
