Jobbeschreibung

Responsibilities (Text Only)
  1. Builds customer, partner, and internal stakeholder engagement models. Manages and supports foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals to ensure quality solution delivery and health, collaborating with other account team leaders and more experienced colleagues.
  2. Identifies, navigates, communicates, and influences key customer technical and business stakeholders at various levels. Develops skills to establish senior/executive internal relationships and communicates business value effectively at customer executive levels.
  3. Gathers information on customer business and IT objectives to identify priorities and map them to suitable solutions. Contributes to developing a shared customer account plan aligned with customer objectives, working with other account team leaders.
  4. Understands and aligns Microsoft solutions (e.g., Azure, Modern Work, Dynamics) with customer needs and priorities. Uses technical aptitude and industry awareness to translate customer interactions into business impact and value. Identifies customer scenarios and collaborates with technical specialists to find relevant cross-cloud solutions. Maintains awareness of the cloud technology marketplace, including competitors.
  5. Supports organizational and customer success strategies by aligning Microsoft technology and services with customer goals. Assists in account planning, emphasizing business and technical needs for change.
  6. Utilizes Microsoft delivery management methodologies, processes, and tools to oversee customer operational health. Identifies and mitigates blockers by leveraging Microsoft solutions, developing programs of work with guidance from senior colleagues.
