Jobtailor in Stuttgart is seeking a Customer Success Manager to turn trial customers into long-term, growing partners. You will own the relationship with stakeholders, drive adoption, and support the business case and commercial development of the account.

You will lead change, build trust in new ways of working, and ensure customers recognize and demonstrate value across their organization. Fluent German and English are essential, with experience in post-sales or related environments a plus.
