As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will develop, maintain, and build upon foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals to enable quality solution delivery and health through partnerships. You will guide and lead conversations to facilitate the achievement of customer business objectives by leveraging their investment in Microsoft. This role involves leading program planning, conducting customer-facing program reviews, prioritizing engagements, and managing key stakeholders and executive expectations to address customer outcomes and account priorities.

Responsibilities
  1. Support foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals to enable quality solution delivery and health, working with other account team leaders under guidance.
  2. Learn how to identify, navigate, and communicate with key customer technical stakeholders at various levels, guiding conversations to achieve customer business objectives by leveraging their investment in Microsoft.
  3. Develop your technical skills and industry awareness to translate customer interactions into business impact and value.
  4. Understand the organizational and customer success strategies, as well as Microsoft technologies and services, aligning with the account team to connect Customer Success Plans (CSPs) with account priorities and developing programs of work.
  5. Assist in identifying and mitigating customer blockers by leveraging Microsoft solutions and services, supporting the development of deliverable programs with guidance.
  6. Embody Microsoft’s culture and values.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field, along with work or internship experience in customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Legally authorized to work in Germany (citizenship, valid visa, or work permit).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft or equivalent certification (e.g., AWS) in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, 365).
