About the Role
As part of the Sales Excellence & Growth Pillar team, you will be responsible for helping to develop a high-quality Sales Strategy for our Automotive Division and regional sales teams. This includes analyzing automotive and adjacent markets and creating frameworks and systems that enable our Customer Groups to develop high-quality regional, customer, and pursuit-specific strategies that drive sales growth.
Responsibilities include conducting market opportunity and sales gap analyses, providing actionable insights through sales and market data, and evaluating current strategies to recommend areas for improvement and growth.
You will work closely with regional sales leaders to identify growth opportunities and coach them to create strategies to realize those opportunities, ultimately helping to increase the overall performance of our global sales teams and ensuring they have the strategies and tools to achieve their goals.
