Utilize your love for customer interactions and your hands-on technical knowledge of Solar Arrays in this Customer Solutions Engineering position working with cutting-edge space products at Dcubed. We are seeking a technical expert who enjoys working directly with clients to provide a superb customer success experience with Dcubed’s innovative products and solutions. You will support the customer lifecycle from proposal generation, onboarding, customer adoption, ongoing support, optimization and expansion to retention, and overall customer satisfaction. Moreover, you will be the main point of contact for all technical inquiries related to best practices, ideal use cases, and other general inquiries.

Here is what you bring to the table
  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in mechanical, aerospace or electrical engineering, or a related technical field, CAD experience is a plus
  • Track record of driving customer success and aligning within complex customer environments at executive and department levels
  • Solid organization and multi-tasking skills, exceptional communication abilities, and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving skills, both on the technical and non-technical side, aiming to find solutions
  • Storytelling ability, in both technical and non-technical settings
  • Strong urgency to complete tasks and have a measurable impact on the business
  • Experience with planning and executing customer visits, technical reviews, for executive level clients and key stakeholders; this includes preparing internally and orchestrating externally
  • A strong bias for action combined with a natural inclination to take the initiative and own the result
  • A relentless drive to succeed and improve on the status quo
  • Attention to detail and following up on analyses with clear assumptions, rationale and solid logic
  • Comfortable in a startup environment and have high levels of energy
  • Willingness to travel for business trips/conferences/customer visits (up to 30%)
  • Fluency in English; eligibility to work in the EU
  • An affinity for US business culture, perhaps with experience of studying or working in the US
