We are seeking a technical expert who enjoys working directly with clients to provide a superb customer success experience with Dcubed’s innovative products and solutions. You will support the customer lifecycle from proposal generation, onboarding, customer adoption, ongoing support, optimization and expansion to retention, and overall customer satisfaction. Moreover, you will be the main point of contact for all technical inquiries related to best practices, ideal use cases, and other general inquiries.
