Job Overview:
As the Customer Solutions Engineer / Manager at TactoTek you will serve as the strategic liaison between our customers, their development and production teams, and our internal experts-guiding projects from initial concept ideation through prototype development to full-scale production. This role blends technical acumen with project management and customer engagement skills to ensure that IMSE technology is implemented effectively-delivering cost, weight, and space savings while enabling innovative, seamlessly integrated and sustainable electronic solutions that align with customer requirements.
