• Projektplanung und Lösungsdesign sowie Beratung von Kliniken und Laborverbünden bei BD Kiestra Laborautomatisierung.
• Analyse bestehender Laborprozesse und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen.
• Erstellung von Automatisierungs- und Workflow-Konzepte in Abstimmung mit Kunden.
• Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei technischen Konzepten, Präsentationen und Ausschreibungen.
• Projektmanagement und Implementierung von Laborautomatisierungsprojekten.
• Koordination von Zeitplänen, Ressourcen und Meilensteinen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern während Installationsphase und Go-Live.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Projektplanung und Lösungsdesign Beratung von klinischen Laboren und privaten Laborverbünden bei der Einführung und Erweiterung von BD Kiestra Laborautomatisierungslösungen
• Analyse bestehender mikrobiologischer Laborprozesse sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen.
• Erstellung individueller Automatisierungs- und Workflow-Konzepte in Abstimmung mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern.
• Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei technischen Konzepten, Präsentationen und Ausschreibungen.
• Projektmanagement und Implementierung Verantwortung für die Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Laborautomatisierungsprojekten.
• Steuerung von Projektzeitplänen, Ressourcen und Meilensteinen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Projektpartnern während der Installations- und Implementierungsphase.
• Sicherung eines erfolgreichen Go-Live und Übergabe in den Routinebetrieb.
• Kundenbetreuung und Beratung Aufbau vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu Laborleitungen, Mikrobiologen, Qualitätsmanagern und technischen Ansprechpartnern.
• Durchführung von Workshops, Prozessanalysen und Projektstatus-Meetings.
• Beratung hinsichtlich zukünftiger Laborstrategien und Erweiterungsmöglichkeiten.
• Unterstützung bei Change-Management-Prozessen innerhalb der Labororganisationen.
• Training und Wissensvermittlung Schulung von Anwendern und Key Usern auf BD Kiestra Systemen.
• Begleitung von Anwendern während der Einführungsphase.
• Sicherung einer hohen Anwenderakzeptanz und optimaler Nutzung der Systeme.
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung Sammlung und Weitergabe von Kundenanforderungen an Produktmanagement und Entwicklung.
• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Best Practices für Laborautomatisierungsprojekte.
• Beobachtung von Markt- und Technologietrends im Bereich medizinische Mikrobiologie und Laborautomatisierung.

Ihr Profil

Fachliche Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Biologie, Mikrobiologie, Medizintechnik, Biomedizinischen Analytik, Life Sciences oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der medizinischen Mikrobiologie, Labordiagnostik oder Laborautomatisierung.
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement komplexer technischer Implementierungsprojekte.
• Kenntnisse mikrobiologischer Laborprozesse und diagnostischer Workflows.
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Laborinformationssystemen (LIS) sowie Automatisierungslösungen von Vorteil.
