Job summary

Waters sucht einen Mechaniker für Instandhaltung am Standort Heidelberg. Sie betreuen Produktions- und Haustechnik-Anlagen, führen Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten durch und bringen technisches Fachwissen ein, auch in Reinräumenumgebungen.

Die Position umfasst wöchentliche Schichtarbeit und enge Abstimmung mit Engineering. Die ausgeschriebene Stelle erfordert eine abgeschlossene Fachausbildung im relevanten Bereich; Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem der genannten Fachbereiche.
• Berufserfahrung in Wartung/Instandhaltung ist wünschenswert.
• Selbstständigkeit, analytisches Denkvermögen und Teamorientierung.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Planung und Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an Produktions- und Haustechnik-Anlagen.
• Fehleranalyse und Behebung mechanischer Störungen.
• Bei Bedarf einfache Aufgaben aus dem Gebiet Elektrotechnik nach Ausbildung übernehmen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktionsabteilungen und Engineering.
• Organisation und Beaufsichtigung von Fremdfirmen.
• Führung technischer Dokumentationen und deren Aktualisierung.
• Gelegentliche Bereitschaftsdienste am Wochenende.

Job Description Als Mechaniker Instandhaltung (m/w/d) bist Du verantwortlich für die technische Betreuung von Produktions- und Haustechnik-Anlagen. Dies umfasst Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten ebenso wie das Einbringen von technischen Verbesserungen. Wir arbeiten im hygienischen Umfeld und teilweise in Reinräumen.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Planung und Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an Produktions- und Haustechnik-Anlagen
• Fehleranalyse und Behebung von mechanischen Störungen
• Bei Bedarf Übernahme von einfachen Aufgaben aus dem Gebiet Elektrotechnik nach entsprechender Ausbildung
• Enge Zusammenarbeit und proaktive Kommunikation mit den Produktionsabteilungen und dem Bereich Engineering
• Organisieren und Betreuen von Tätigkeiten von Fremdfirmen
• Führung von technischen Dokumentationen und deren Aktualisierung
• Gelegentliche Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdiensten an Wochenenden

Bevorzugte Anforderungen:

• Erfolgreiche abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechaniker, Verfahrensmechaniker, Kunststoff-Formgeber, Elektriker, Energieelektroniker, Industrieelektroniker oder ähnliche Fachrichtung
• Berufserfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung von technischen Anlagen ist ein Plus
• Selbständigkeit, analytisches Denkvermögen und Teamorientierung
• PC-Grundkenntnisse
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse ist ein Plus
• Arbeit im Schichtsystem
