Your role and responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact to MiSUMi's customers
  • Responsible for processing tasks such as quotation and order entry according to customers' requests, modifying existing orders, and communicating with customers via different media e.g., through email, phone, and ERP system to answer all upcoming customer inquiries
  • Claim management
  • Cooperating with other departments such as Sales, Logistics, Accounting, IT, or our Suppliers

Your profile

  • Fluent written and spoken German; English and French are a must, any additional language is a plus
  • Commercial education; Bachelor's Degree is a plus
  • 1-3 years’ experience in the field of customer care operations or similar customer-related field
  • Solid skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications and customer ordering management tools
  • Multiskilled person with multitasking capabilities
  • Exceptional communication skills towards team and cross departments
