We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist for EMEA CADCAM Service Centers to work as part of the CCS Global Support team.

The Customer Service Specialist for EMEA CADCAM Service Centers (m/f/x) is responsible for supporting customers in every inquiry that may surge during its usage. The role is to ensure customer satisfaction, provide expert technical assistance, handle internal workflows, and related tasks.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Provide active and reactive 1st-level remote support to dental professionals regarding inquiries related to centralized production sites, usage, applications, connected solutions, and administrative topics.
  2. Be the key contact for support topics related to 'centralized production sites', including data management and internal Straumann applications such as ERP, CRM, CAM database, and ticketing tools.
  3. Troubleshoot issues, log, document, and record all customer interactions in the respective ticketing tool, ensuring support KPIs and CSAT are met.
  4. Drive customer satisfaction through timely, thorough, and accurate responses.
  5. Perform daily system checks, including CAM database, ticket tools, system usage, ordering, and connectivity with software.
  6. Collaborate closely with the product core team, focusing on after-sales support and support journey.
  7. Communicate with the 2nd level and project core team to ensure effective communication flow and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Dental background, such as a dentist, dental technician, or related academic degree.
  2. Experience in customer care activities, including support, service, or aftersales roles.
  3. Experience with dental digital technology, such as CAD/CAM systems like 3Shape and Exocad.
  4. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an asset.
  5. Strong customer focus and service skills.
  6. Familiarity with technology and software.
  7. Understanding of clinical workflows in dental practices and experience with SaaS or cloud-based products, CRM, and back-end systems is advantageous.
