CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Temporary long term contract

Your missions:

• Order management from receipt to dispatch
• Be the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Arrange transport for export shipments and track them to delivery
• Customer Complaint Management
• Issue or examine shipping documents or any other document required for export, import or banking
• Provide basic information on the company's products
• Management of billing documents
• Management of incoterms

Your profile:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position and in the life sciences field
• Experience in the supply chain
• Good knowledge of Salesforce and SAP
• Very good knowledge of written and oral English (C1 min)
• Ability to perform multiple tasks independently or as a team
• Excellent communication skills and good priority management
