Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's success. You will work closely with our teams to develop effective solutions aligned with CPC's strategic goals. This is an opportunity to grow, learn, and thrive in a supportive environment.

Reporting to the Customer Service and Fulfillment Supervisor, you will process customer purchase orders, credits, debits, RMAs, and related activities accurately and timely. You will communicate professionally with customers and internal teams regarding pricing updates, customer contracts, order statuses, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Review incoming customer purchase orders for pricing, ship dates, addresses, valid CPC part numbers, and quantities.
  • Process new and updated customer purchase orders in ESKER OCR and Oracle ERP System.
  • Create and update customer quotes in Oracle ERP.
  • Ensure accurate email contacts for order acknowledgments, packing slips, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with CPC Specialist and Supply Chain for accurate shipping dates.
  • Process credits, debits, and RMAs in Microsoft CRM and Oracle ERP.
  • Record order entry complaints in CRM and follow through.
  • Collaborate on process improvements with shared services.
  • Manage multiple shared email inboxes.
  • Partner with CPC Specialist to provide exceptional service.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Typing speed of minimum 70 WPM with 99% accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Over 5 years of customer service experience.
  • 2+ years of Oracle experience.
  • Travel less than 5%.
