As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's success. You will work closely with our teams to develop effective solutions aligned with CPC's strategic goals. This is an opportunity to grow, learn, and thrive in a supportive environment.
Reporting to the Customer Service and Fulfillment Supervisor, you will process customer purchase orders, credits, debits, RMAs, and related activities accurately and timely. You will communicate professionally with customers and internal teams regarding pricing updates, customer contracts, order statuses, and more.
