Qualifikationen

  • Completed a commercial apprenticeship or comparable university degree.

Your mission
  • Independent, structured processing of worldwide commercial transactions
  • Order processing including the preparation of purchase orders, order confirmations, customs clearance documents, shipping documents and invoices
  • You are the direct contact person for our domestic and foreign business partners
  • You are in daily intensive contact with customers, suppliers, agents and your contact person in the sales department
  • You support the sales department in the processing and initiation of purchase and sales transactions

Your profile
  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship - preferably in a freight forwarding company or in foreign trade - or a comparable university degree
  • Professional experience in the import or export business
  • Good command of Spanish and English (at least B level) in spoken and written form – ideally also German
  • Service-oriented way of working
  • A quick perception, analytical thinking as well as a structured and precise way of working
  • Enjoy a new challenge and the daily cooperation with customers, suppliers, agents, etc.
  • Ability to work in a team and flexible
