A day in the life :

  • Manage the entire order fulfillment process in collaboration with the relevant departments
  • Act as the interface between the customer and the company, providing high-quality customer service through phone and written communication
  • Process incoming customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution
  • Efficiently and professionally handle customer complaints
  • Assess and fulfill individual customer needs within our tailored customer service
  • Participate in European-wide projects and collaborate with other departments to offer our customers world-class service
