CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Pommerloch)
We are looking to reinforce the Customer Service department of our client, playing a pivotal role within the company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the central point of contact for internal and external customers across one or more business units or customer groups.
You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics to increase customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, proactive communication, solutions for questions and complaints, and maintaining a positive attitude.
