CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Pommerloch)

We are looking to reinforce the Customer Service department of our client, playing a pivotal role within the company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the central point of contact for internal and external customers across one or more business units or customer groups.

You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics to increase customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, proactive communication, solutions for questions and complaints, and maintaining a positive attitude.

This role offers daily new challenges and requires a high level of autonomy.

YOUR MISSION
  • Collaborate with external and internal customers and coordinate with departments such as Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics to resolve questions and complaints (including quotations, invoicing, master data, quality).
  • Manage a portfolio of customers as the main contact point, report, and contribute to solutions for potential issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage incoming customer orders: request and confirm delivery dates, keep track of customer expectations, inform customers about production, planning, and shipping status, consult with production plants about supply status, organize special logistics services such as consignment stocks, and provide necessary documentation (Technical, Safety, Export).
  • Support the Sales team in prospecting new customers and identifying opportunities with existing customers: update customer master data, maintain price lists, and prepare quotations.
