Position: Customer Service Representative (German-speaking) - FULLY REMOTE WITHIN GREECE

Location: Fully Remote from Anywhere in Greece

Are you dreaming of warm beaches, delicious food, and the laid-back Mediterranean lifestyle? This is your chance to live and work in Greece while helping customers in a relaxed, remote setting!

What You'll Be Doing:

Join our international customer support team and assist travelers via phone, chat, and email. You’ll help with:

• Booking changes, cancellations, and travel-related questions
• Providing top-notch support — no sales, just friendly help!
• Working together with a fun and supportive team

Working Hours:

• Monday to Sunday: 08:00 to 23:00 (8 hours per day / 5 days per week with rotative shifts)
• (Full-time 40h/week, perfect for exploring in the evenings!)

What You Need:

• Fluency in German (spoken and written)
• Good level of English for internal communication
• Some customer service experience is a big plus
• Positive attitude and good communication skills

Salary & Benefits:

• 1,380 gross/month + bonuses (14 salaries per year!)
