I am recruiting for a passionate person who is fluent in German, English and French for a role as a Customer Support Representative for a medical tech and pharmaceutical company based in Friedrichsdorf, Hesse.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone or online.

Provide product, pricing, and delivery information.

Process orders, accounts, and requests.

Manage customer accounts and databases.

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints

• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

• Perform customer verifications

• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes

• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource

Your Required Skills and Experiences

Requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience or a AA with 2-4 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of experience

Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and listening skills.

Problem analysis, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Data collection, ordering, adaptability, and initiative.

Knowledge of ophthalmology is a plus.

Strong computer skills with experience using Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and basic use of a fully integrated manufacturing/inventory/finance system

Fluent in German, English, and French
