Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative for BeNeLux, based in Schwelm (Wuppertal area), reporting directly to the Team Lead Customer Service BeNeLux & Nordics, we seek a motivated individual to join our high-performing team.

Your Mission:

• Be the first point of contact by phone and email for customers in Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands regarding new orders or feedback on materials.
• Enhance customer relationships by providing high-quality service and promoting our sustainable approach.
• Represent our company with a friendly and reliable demeanor, demonstrating our capabilities and strengthening customer intimacy.
• Gain insights into our manufacturing of self-adhesive labels by collaborating with sales and supply chain teams to ensure excellent service and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

What we expect from you - Your Expertise:

• University degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in call centers, (internal) sales, or customer service within manufacturing or production industries.
• Fluency in German and English is required; Dutch language skills are a significant advantage.
• Ideally, you hold a valid driver’s license and own a car.
