About the Role

How you will contribute

• Administrative processing and handling of customer orders
• Telephone appointment notification of customer orders
• Collating & providing data for further processing in the warehouse/ disposition area
• Shipment tracking and feedback to the corresponding departments
• Acceptance and processing of customer complaints
• Maintaining and analyzing statistics
• Invoicing of services rendered

Your Key Qualifications

• Completed training as a forwarding agent or comparable training.
• Practical experience in the commercial area of a forwarding agency is desirable
• Confident handling of MS-Office applications
• Fluent in written and spoken German
• Knowledge of English is desirable
• You are a team player, a strong communicator, reliable and stress resistant.
• You enjoy dealing with customers
• You work independently and are characterized by goal-oriented, proactive work with high self-demands.
