About the Role

How you will contribute

1. Administrative processing and handling of customer orders and special requests
2. Order acceptance and entry
3. Quotation preparation
4. Telephone scheduling of customer orders
5. Compilation and provision of data for further processing in the warehouse/disposition area
6. Monitoring deadlines of customer orders and providing feedback to relevant departments and customers
7. Acceptance and processing of customer complaints
8. Creation of customer-related KPIs

Your Key Qualifications

1. Completed training as a forwarding merchant or comparable qualification
2. Practical experience in the commercial sector of a forwarding agency is desirable
3. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
4. Fluent in written and spoken German
5. Knowledge of English is an advantage
6. Team player with good communication skills, reliable, and stress-resistant
7. Enjoy working with customers and technical systems
8. Ability to work independently with goal-oriented, proactive approach and high self-demand
