The Role :

As a Customer Service Representative , you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them via email, chat, and phone . Your role will focus on ensuring a positive shopping experience , handling inquiries, processing orders and returns, and providing general product support. Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone , ensuring excellent service.
• Assist customers with order processing, returns, and product information .
