We are seeking a dynamic and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers in both English and German

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Support :

  • Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and live chat to our Europe customers.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions in a timely manner.

Technical Assistance :

  • Offer technical support and guidance on the setup, use, and maintenance of our robotic lawn mowers.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues and provide customers with accurate information.

Order Processing :

  • Manage and process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and address any shipping-related queries.

Customer Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products and services.

Documentation and Reporting :

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer service activities, including metrics on response times and issue resolution.

Qualifications :

  • Language Skills : Fluency in English and either German is mandatory. French will be a plus.
  • Experience : Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical or consumer electronics field.
  • Technical Aptitude : Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of robotic lawn mowers.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
