Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding lawn mower products, including product features, usage instructions, maintenance tips, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product models and related accessories. Stay informed about new products, updates, and industry trends.
  • Assist customers with product orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims. Ensure accurate order processing and timely follow-up.
  • Provide guidance on proper lawn mower operation, maintenance schedules, and safety procedures. Share best practices to enhance customer satisfaction and product longevity.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product development and quality assurance teams to improve products and services.

Qualifications :

  • Language Skills : Fluency in English and either French is mandatory.
  • Experience : Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical or consumer electronics field.
  • Technical Aptitude : Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of robotic lawn mowers.
