Our team in Gelsenkirchen is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Quality Coach (m/f/d) to help raise our customer service quality to an even higher level.
How does a day as Customer Service Quality Coach (m/f/d) look like:
In the morning, you will review the activities planned for the day: performing Quality evaluations to identify improvement opportunities for employees. Throughout the day, you will answer agents' questions regarding policies and procedures. You will conduct individual feedback and coaching sessions with agents to develop their hard and soft skills. When necessary, you will create or update Knowledge base content. Additionally, you will analyze data to identify training opportunities and suggest process improvements.
Your profile as a Customer Service Quality Coach (m/f/d):
At least one year of professional experience in Customer Service, performing evaluations, feedback, and coaching.
Strong communication skills with (near) native German and good English language skills.
Ability to analyze data, recognize patterns, and extract actionable insights.
