Customer Service Officer (M/F/D) – Full Time – Junior professional up to 5 years

Location: Germany | Company: Nexans Power Accessories Germany GmbH-Hof Porschestr

Responsibilities
  • Managing all customer care tasks; from processing customer orders and quotations to ensuring timely dispatch and documentation
  • Tracking offers and orders and taking appropriate action
  • Recording and tracking complaints
  • Updating the customer database in the merchandise management system
  • Building and maintaining professional customer relationships and increasing customer proximity
Qualifications
  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Customer and market-oriented work, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in working with distributors
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
