Pratt & Whitney Canada Customer Service Center Europe GmbH (CSC) is an aerospace Joint Venture Company between Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) and MTU Maintenance Berlin-Brandenburg GmbH (MTU), providing overhaul and repair services, customer support, and spare engine sales to operators of P&WC products within Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Customer Service MRT Event Manager / Mobile Repair Team / Aviation (all genders)

Code – CSC / Operations

1. Provision of Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) on-site maintenance services to customers in Europe, Middle East, and Africa, including coordination of operational and commercial aspects with various stakeholders.
2. Customer experience and relationship management.
3. Reporting and reconciliation with suppliers, ensuring payment alignment, managing incoming invoices, ensuring invoice accuracy, and conducting margin checks.
4. Customer-focused project management.
5. Readiness to provide on-call services.
6. Successful degree in relevant studies such as business administration, logistics/supply chain, engineering, or equivalent working experience.
7. Customer and solutions-oriented mindset.
8. Ability to handle complex situations comfortably.
9. Technical interest; basic knowledge of aircraft engines or the aviation industry is an asset.
10. Proactive, customer-oriented approach, and ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international environment, including virtual global teams.
11. Structured approach to open tasks and good prioritization skills.
12. Fluency in English.
13. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is advantageous.
